Search for "Gemhubx" in the Shopify App Store, click Install, and follow the prompts. The app will automatically set up your account and connect to your store.
From the app dashboard, browse our product catalog, select the items you want, and click "Add to Import List." Then push them to your Shopify store with one click.
When a customer places an order for an imported product, Gemhubx automatically processes the fulfillment. Tracking information is pushed directly to your Shopify store and your customer is notified.
Products already in your store will remain. Your Gemhubx account data is retained for 30 days in case you reinstall. After that, all data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Yes! Gemhubx supports both Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Connect your WooCommerce store using API keys from your WordPress dashboard.
From the Gemhubx dashboard, navigate to TikTok Store → Connect and click the "Connect TikTok Shop" button. You will be redirected to TikTok to authorize the connection. Once approved, you will be returned to the dashboard automatically.
After connecting your shop, go to TikTok Store → Settings. The Settings page lists all four webhook URLs (General Events, GDPR Data Request, GDPR Data Redact, GDPR Shop Redact) with one-click copy buttons. Paste these into the TikTok Partner Center webhook configuration.
Gemhubx automatically refreshes tokens before expiry via a scheduled job. If the status shows "Token Expired," go to TikTok Store → Settings and click "Disconnect," then reconnect your shop. Contact [email protected] if the issue persists.
From TikTok Store → Products, find the product with a "Failed" badge and click the "Retry Sync" button. The last error message is shown inline. If retries continue to fail, check that your TikTok seller account has the required product permissions and that the product meets TikTok's listing requirements.
Go to TikTok Store → Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone. Click "Disconnect TikTok Shop." This revokes API access and nulls stored tokens. Your order and product history is retained for 90 days. To delete all data immediately, email [email protected].
